Australia’s largest rental village operator, the Gold Coast based Eureka Group, has paid out $4.5M for Amber Lodge, a 54 room village in Morphettville, Adelaide. It has 90% occupancy plus land to develop another 36 units.

This is their ninth rental village acquisition this financial year, taking them to 19 owned villages plus 28 managed rental villages. They state they have a further 10 villages up for acquisition.

Their share price has risen from 51 cents to 75 cents since 1 July 15.
