For many, it\u2019s an exciting and positive decision.<\/p><p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/bobmortonibm\/\">Bob Morton<\/a>, Co-Founder and CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyclearance.com.au\/\">The Property Clearance Company<\/a>, the biggest hurdle isn\u2019t the move itself, it\u2019s the downsizing.<\/p><p>\u201cRetirement living is a fresh start for most people,\u201d Bob told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.villages.com.au\/\">villages.com.au<\/a>.<\/p><p>\u201cThey\u2019re excited about the lifestyle, the community and letting go of the upkeep of a big house. He says many people delay the move long after they\u2019re ready emotionally because the process feels overwhelming.<\/p><p>\u201cThese homes hold decades of memories,\u201d Bob said.<\/p><p>\u201cPeople worry about making the wrong decisions, throwing something away they\u2019ll regret, or burdening their children.
