home to a vibrant group of residents.<\/p><p>\u201cOur first Oktoberfest event brought everyone together \u2013 residents, families, and the wider Officer community \u2013 in the spirit of fun and friendship,\u2019\u2019 Elle said.<\/p><p>\u201cIt was a perfect way to experience the energy of our community while enjoying a taste of German culture.\u2019\u2019<\/p><p>More than 150 people attended the event, with live entertainment, food stalls, children\u2019s entertainment and face painting.<\/p><p>Visitors had an opportunity to tour the community, its facilities and new display homes.<\/p><p>Elle said the day added another joyful chapter to Officer Lifestyle Estate\u2019s growing calendar of events and reinforced its reputation as a place where community spirit thrives.<\/p><p>\u201cIt looks like Oktoberfest will become an annual celebration for residents,\u2019\u2019 she said.<\/p><p>The final release of homes in this almost sold-out community &#8211;
