The bedroom is for sex and sleep. It&#8217;s not for spreadsheets,&#8221; he said.<\/p><p>Exercise can help improve sleep, but working out near bedtime can raise arousal levels, making it harder to sleep.<\/p><p>&#8220;Consider a sleep schedule.
