This marks the first time the region has been included in the Discount Directory since the publication began in 1991.<\/p><p>The WA Seniors Card program is the most generous program of its kind in Australia, providing over 411,000 members access to a wide range of State Government concessions and discounts from businesses.<\/p><p>There are concessions on Local Government rates and water service charges, the $400 Safety and Security Rebate and a Cost-of-Living Rebate which has provided more than $421 million assistance since launching in 2009, and rebates with businesses throughout the State.<\/p><p><strong>RELATED STORY: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.villages.com.au\/blog\/retirement\/is-this-seniors-card-the-best-in-australia-2\/\"><strong>Is this the best Seniors Card in Australia?<\/strong><\/a><\/p><p>WA Seniors Card holders can enter The Golden Lens photographic contest.
