The social club has been a godsend,\u201d <\/strong><\/em><strong>says Lee Johnson, the wife and carer of club regular Greg Johnson, who is 68 years old and lives with Alzheimer\u2019s.<\/strong><\/p><p>The Commonwealth Government-funded club is a continuation of HammondCare\u2019s relocated SWS Social Club, and is open to people with dementia or frail older people in the Campbelltown, Liverpool, Fairfield and Bankstown local government areas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Not For Profit aged care provider HammondCare has opened a new social club for seniors in Sydney\u2019s southwest.
