Understanding Legal Options in Retirement Villages

Noosa Library will be holding an event on 3rd March 2011 to explain your legal options when considering moving into a retirement village.

The information will cover Public Information Documents, deferred management fees, forms of tenure, fees and levies, protections for residents, approached to capital gain, distinctions between Retirement Villages and Manufactured Park Homes. You will have the opportunity to ask questions during the session.

"Retirement Villages - Your Legal Options Explained" will take place at Noose Library, Noosaville on 3rd March 2011 from 2pm to 3.30pm.
