Southern Cross Care launches new retirement resort in Darwin
11th November, 2010Southern Cross Care (SA & NT) launched their new retirement project, Pearl Retirement Resort at Fannie Bay this week.
Brendan Bowler, Chairman of Southern Cross Care announced the launch of Pearl Retirement Resort, and at the conclusion of the event, there was a rush to register formal interest in the development.
Michael Bendyk, CEO, said "We are thrilled and overwhelmed with the feedback we have received from the Darwin market. Many of the people I spoke to at our launch event were excited about the designs and offering we've presented to them. We look forward to taking our 42 years experience in South Australia to Darwin and providing the residents with a fabulous place to live."
The development will comprise 50 independent living villas with a stunning Leisure Centre, 36 apartments, and an 85 bed supported living facility and is expected to open in 2011.
