Aspen Group (WA) maintains values of own villages plus builds for Southern Cross Care in Currambine
Developer, fund manager and village operator, Perth's Aspen Group, has bucked the negative trend of big property revaluations by announcing just a 3.1% negative revaluation over 12 months. They have just completed their Karratha village, valued at $41 million, plus moving into Stage Two of recently acquired Sovereign Gardens in Ballina (NSW). Interestingly Southern Cross Care has engaged Aspen to build its new Sunlander Village at Currambine, a mix of apartments, villas and terraced housing.
