Neville Passmore goes fishing

When Neville Passmore of Channel Nine's The Garden Gurus was introduced to Brentwood Village, he was taken aback by the size of the gardens - particularly its huge central lake. The village sprawls across 56 acres.

Brentwood approached Neville to work alongside the residents in further developing the gardens so they could get maximum enjoyment out of them. As well as adding sophisticated barbecue areas for families to congregate around, Neville conceived the idea of stocking the lake with barramundi fish. As he says, "What could be better than sitting at a private outdoor barbecue with the family watching wild fish jumping at dusk in this beautiful natural setting, with the tall gums and an abundance of birdlife. I can hardly wait!"
