All services and facilities offered by each aged care facility are certified as to meeting the requirements set out by the government.
The assistance you will receive will depend upon your individual care needs. Each aged care facility employs a range of staff with an appropriate mix of skills and qualifications.
To secure a villa of your choice you pay a $5000 deposit. This will give you time over the next three months to sell your house. Once you have secured a deposit on your house we will wait for your settlement to go through your solicitor.
To know your expenses now and for the future, there is a fixed levy of 30% of the single aged pension, for two bedroom villas and 35% of the single aged pension for three bedroom villas. This protects you against unwarranted increases and the worry for the future levy you cannot afford or want to pay.
Your telephone and electricity within the villa are your responsibility together with contents insurance. You are also required to apply for connecting of electricity and telephone services to your own villa.
Upon departure a percentage of the amounts paid by the resident on entry. This percentage is determined by the number of days the resident has resided in the village to the date the contract is terminated. Full details are available from Brentwood's sales office.
