Stockland will include a retirement village in its 30 year ‘township’ development called Cloverton, 35km north of Melbourne (now known as Kalkallo).

It will be 11,000 homes across 1,141 hectares.

They have also acquired 65 hectares at Clyde North, west of Cranbourne, with plans for 800 homes over six years. It too will have new retirement village
