After 14 years at the helm of one of SA’s largest retirement village and care organisations, ECH, Rob Hankins has announced his decision to retire.

Over the past 18 months he has worked with the board to focus on retirement villages and innovative community care solutions, divesting its 1200 aged care beds last April and giving it a substantial financial war chest.

He states “Now is the right time to appoint a new CEO who will commit to the next five years or more of our strategic plan”.

Rob says he will continue to work in the retirement village and aged care sector and will seek opportunities to add value to other organisations as an advisor and consultant.
