The Property Council is recognising younger talent in the retirement living sector with the Third Rising Generation Award. In its third year, thanks to the active sponsorship of the leading marketing agency to the sector, One Fell Swoop, the award has been given a heightened profile.

The award is open to members of the property Council of Australia working within the retirement living industry for at least 12 months. Senior managers are invited to nominate ‘rising stars’ who are either under the age of 30 or between 30 and 40 years of age and have worked within the industry for less than five years. The winner will be selected based on innovation and leadership in their work and demonstration of upholding the values of the industry.
