Representatives from 15 retirement villages from Canberra, Wagga and Wodonga attended an educational day staged by the New South Wales residents association (the Retirement Village Residents Association – RVRA).

The President, Jan Pritchett, and Secretary, Malcolm McKenzie,  talked about dispute resolution, exit fees and their role in advocacy to politicians and bureaucrats.

The educational rallies are part of the funding the RVRA receives from the NSW Minister of Fair Trading.
