JP Morgan started the process to find a buyer of its equity in RetireAustralia, thanks to the imposed Volker rule which limits what US banks can have invetments in.

Ten months later a sale is achieved of all of RetireAustralia to New Zealand private equity firm Infratil and the NZ Superannuation Fund.
