Mark Bindon, Franco De Pasquale and Marco De Pasquale are maintaining their aggressive expansion pace with the development application approval for a new village in Gunnedah. They now have 14 villages in various stages of development on top of their 10 established villages, taking their total to 24. Specialising in the regional market, they plan to build 200 village units this financial year.

Oak tree is just 10 years old. Sixteen months  ago the partners sold around 40% of the group to Blue Sky Private Equity in Brisbane for $20 million to provide funds for further expansion.
